Terms of Service

1. Services

ScoDetailing Long Island provides mobile auto detailing services throughout Long Island, NY. All services are performed at the customer's specified location. Service availability is subject to weather conditions and scheduling.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• All appointments must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation from ScoDetailing.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the appointment may result in loss of booking priority.
• No-shows without notice may result in being unable to rebook.

4. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of the service.
• We accept Cash, Venmo, and Credit/Debit Card via Square.
• Prices are as listed on our website. Add-ons are priced separately.

5. Liability

ScoDetailing uses professional-grade products and takes every precaution to protect your vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or conditions present before service. Any concerns must be raised before service begins.

6. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge. See our Satisfaction Guarantee for full details.
